Perez named OUA Second-Team All-Star

BURLINGTON, Ont. - Ontario University Athletics (OUA) announced the women's soccer award winners and all-stars on Wednesday, with Ivymae Perez earning the lone conference recognition for the Bold.

In her second season in the blue and gold, Perez stood out among her peers and was a consistent attacking presence for TMU. The Bold offence ran through Perez, whether she was scoring or setting up her teammates. Perez netted six goals this season to lead the Bold and rank 12th among all OUA players.

Perez is the first women's soccer player to earn all-star status since the 2019 season when teammate Brooke Pearson and alumna BreAnah Webster were both honoured. A list of all-time Bold award winners can be found here.
