 OVERVIEW
  •  High performance model of services and support, designed to position programs to compete for conference and national championships
     
  • Provision of service and support designed to ensure programs have sustainable access to competitive opportunities at the OUA and USPORTS level
  • Provision of service and support designed to create and facilitate access to competitive sport opportunities for TMU students in emerging and/or unaffiliated sports.

  • Annual operating budget based on league and post-season play. Department and program driven fundraising
     
  • Year-round full-time coaching
     
  • Department driven event, admin and operational support. Mandatory compliance with operation and participant requirements
     
  • Access to year-round integrated athlete support services: Sports medicine, athletic therapy and strength & conditioning
     
  • Department driven events, awards and initiatives that recognize performance and outstanding achievement
  • Compete within OUA, U SPORTS or comparable
     
  • Grant funding based on approved annual budget and elevated operating requirements. Program driven fundraising
     
  • Seasonal contract coaching
     
  • In-season event, admin and operational support based on league requirements. Mandatory team and participant compliance requirements
     
  • Provision of sports medicine services as per league requirements. Limited access to training facilities and services
     
  • Department driven events, awards and initiatives that recognize performance and outstanding achievement
  • May compete through a PSO or via access to regional leagues or tournaments
     
  • Grant funding based on approved club budget. Program driven fundraising
     
  • Seasonal contract coaching/supervision
     
  • In-season operational and admin support
     
  • Support for access to sports medicine or training facilities and services is considered on an ad-hoc basis
