TORONTO - The Ryerson Fastpitch team has qualified for the OIWFA championship playoffs for the second consecutive year in their third year of existence.

The team secured their place in the playoffs with a decisive sweep of a doubleheader versus York University 9-2 and 13-1.  Rookie Centre fielder Jessica Sutton led the offence with a home run, a triple, a double, two singles and seven RBIs in the two games.

The Rams close the regular season on Sunday against Queen's.
