TORONTO - The Ryerson Rams fastpitch team dropped both their games on opening day to the visiting Brock Badgers.

Game 1: Brock 6, Ryerson 2
The Ryerson Rams fell behind 2-0 in the first inning and couldn't recover in a 6-2 loss to Brock University on Saturday.

Brock University scored three runs in the seventh inning to seal the victory.

Zoe Delorme threw a complete game for the Ryerson Rams, striking out nine.

The offence was led by Emma Carr with a homer in the fourth inning and Delorme with two hits in three at bats.

Game 2: Brock 12, Ryerson 2
The Ryerson Rams watched the game slip away early, giving up five runs in the first inning and couldn't recover in a 12-2 loss to Brock University.

The offence was lead by Olivia Stelmachowicz and Alicia Callaghan who each had multiple hits for the Rams.
