TORONTO — The Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Bold women's soccer team is thrilled to announce the addition of forward Taylor Fazzari to the 2025-26 recruiting class. 

Excited to elevate her game, the Aurora, Ont. native is ready to embrace the challenges of OUA competition and push herself to a new level with the Bold.

"I consider myself to be a strong player who thrives off speed and accuracy," said Fazzari. "I am someone who can beat opponents down the field, making crucial crosses or cuts inside to shoot with my dominant foot." 

A dynamic and fast-paced attacker, Fazaari brings experience from across the Greater Toronto Area. She played with Vaughan Soccer Club from 2016 to 2022 and currently competes with Picking Soccer Club in League1 Ontario. In 2023, she delivered a clutch championship performance for Pickering in the Women's U19 Reserve Division, scoring the tying goal against North Toronto to force a shootout, and helped her team capture the title.  

Her soccer resume also includes provincial and international experience. Fazzari represented Team Ontario during the 2022-23 season and has trained abroad with clubs such as the Benfica Women's National Team in Portugal and S.S. Lazio in Rome, Italy. 

Fazzari has a connection to TMU through her older sister, who recently graduated from the university. She will be continuing her studies in Business. 

She becomes the fourth recruit joining the 2025-26 recruiting class, filled with skilled and driven athletes.
