Benarroch joined the Rams women's basketball staff in 2019.

Prior to his arrival at Ryerson, Benarroch was an assistant coach with the Manitoba Bisons during the 2016-17 season.

He was a Team Manitoba provincial apprentice coach in 2015, and served as an assistant coach at the Maccabiah Games in 2016.

Benarroch is currently completing his NCCP Train to Compete certificate.
