HAMILTON, Ont. — Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Bold women's soccer forward Taylor Fazzari has been named to the U SPORTS All-Rookie Team, announced Wednesday night at the 2025 U SPORTS Women's Soccer Championship banquet.

Fazzari becomes just the second player in program history to earn the national honour, joining Victoria Watson (2017).

The forward from Aurora, Ont., led all OUA rookies in scoring this season with seven goals, the highest total on the Bold. She found the back of the net in three straight matches from Sept. 28 to Oct. 6 and stood out against nationally ranked University of Toronto, scoring three goals in two games, including a brace in TMU's 3-2 upset win at Varsity Stadium on Sept. 19.
