Biography

2019-20: Capped off her legendary Ryerson career playing all 24 regular-season games… Tallied 19 points, keeping her position as the all-time points leader in program history with 83 points… Her six goals this season gave her the second-highest all-time goals tally in program history with 36… Added 13 assists this season making her the all-time assist leader in program history with 47… Scored two game-winning goals, both against Nipissing… Had six multi-point games… Played in all five OUA postseason games… Scored in three straight playoff games, two of those games being in the OUAsSemifinals against Toronto… Named Ryerson’s female Athlete of the Week on November 11, 2019.

2018-19: Named Ryerson’s team captain in her senior year, Green helped lead her team to the most successful regular season and playoff run in program history… Scored 10 goals and added 11 assists in 23 regular season contests… Totaled 21 points, ranking fourth in team scoring… Added three power-play goals, one empty netter, and one game-winner in the regular season… Served 14 penalty minutes… Had six multi-point games, scoring three points on two occasions… Went on a six-game point streak to close out the regular season… Played all five postseason games, scoring two goals and adding an assist… Recorded the primary assist on Erika Crouse’s double-overtime winning goal in a 2-1 victory in game two of the first round against Queen’s on February 23, 2019… Named 2018-19 team MVP after another incredible season… Named an OUA Second-Team All-Star for the first time in her career… A finalist for Ryerson's H. H. Kerr Female Athlete of the Year award... Finishes the year as the program’s all-time goals (30) and points leader (64), sitting tied for the program record in power-play goals (eight) and game-winning goals (five), and ranks second in assists (34)... One of Ryerson’s Stars of the Week on November 12, 2018… Ryerson’s Female Athlete of the Week on January 15, 2019.

2017-18: 
Wore an ‘A’ in her second year with the Rams… Green was a force to be reckoned with in the OUA, recording 23 points (10 goals, 13 assists) in 24 games… Tied for first in team scoring and ranked fourth in the OUA in that statistic…  Had 18 penalty minutes on the season… Had seven multi-point games, including a three point (two goals, one assist) performance in the season opener against York… Recorded two goals and two assists in a 5-2 victory over Waterloo on January 14, 2018… Scored the game winning goal in the ninth minute of the third period against Laurentian on February 2, 2018 - the Rams walked away with a 2-1 victory… Played three postseason games, scoring a goal against Nipissing on February 21, 2018… Finishes the season having broken or tied several of Ryerson’s single-season records, including points (23), goals (tie - 10), assists (tie - 13), and game winning goals (tie - 2)... Her 20 career goals place her second all time, while her 23 career assists leave her fourth all time in each respective statistic… After scoring 43 points in two seasons with the Rams, Green sits second all time in points.


2016-17: Her ten goals and 20 points both tied Ryerson’s single season records set by Kyla Thurston in 2011-12… Named Ryerson’s Female Athlete of the Week on October 31, 2016… Began the year red hot with points in ten of her first 12 games, including two goals and an assist in a 6-3 loss to the Western Mustangs on November 5, 2016… Finished the year tenth in the OUA in scoring… Led the Rams with three power play goals… Racked up a total of six multi-point games… Another player on the roster that wasn’t afraid to get physical. Finished the year with 32 penalty minutes (second on the team, tied for eighth in the province).

Before Ryerson: Spent the 2015-16 season as a redshirt… Transferred from Western University where she spent one season with the Mustangs in 2012-13... Named to the OUA All-Rookie team that year after registering 20 points (9 goals, 11 assists)... Picked up a career-high five points (one goal and four assists) in a 6-1 victory over Brock on November 11th, 2012… In the playoffs, Green collected three assists in seven games... The Mustangs lost to the Queen’s Gaels two games to none in the OUA Final that season… Played three seasons in the Provincial Women’s Hockey League (PWHL); two seasons with the Etobicoke Dolphins and one with the Toronto Aeros... Played on the Aeros team that finished the 2011-12 regular season with a record of 31-1-1-1 record... Fell 2-1 to the Bluewater Hawks in the gold medal game... That year’s squad also featured current teammates Ailish Forfar and Stephanie Chiste... Finished her PWHL career with 68 points (35 goals, 33 assists) in 99 regular season games and 18 points (10 goals, 8 assists) in 14 playoff games.
