TORONTO — The Bold are proud to recognize Sydney Pyburn (women's hockey) and Aaron Rhooms (men's basketball) as this week's TMU Athletes of the Week.

Sydney Pyburn — Women's Hockey
The first-year goaltender posted a 28-save shutout in a 2-0 win over Carleton, then followed it up with 34 saves on 36 shots against Ottawa the next day.

Aaron Rhooms — Men's Basketball
The fifth-year guard/forward scored 20 and 26 points in wins over Guelph and Waterloo, shooting 59 per cent from the field across the two games.
