
Ryerson Athletics is mourning the loss of Errol Fraser, a former member of the Rams men's basketball team. Errol passed away on May 21, 2018.
Errol spent three seasons with the Rams from 2001 to 2004. He was named an OUA Second Team All-Star in 2001-02 and ranks eighth in Ryerson career steals (97) and 11th in career assists (116). Following his final season, he joined the coaching staff as an assistant coach for one season.
"All of Errol's family, friends, teammates, coaches and simply anyone who had the opportunity to have Errol touch their lives are deeply heartbroken and saddened by his passing," said former Rams men's basketball coach Patrick Williams. "Much clearer is my perspective of life having known Errol. We will all miss him dearly."

Unexpectedly our dearly beloved Errol Elrick Fraser Jr. has fallen asleep, departed to be with the Lord. He fought hard, lost the battle at Mt Sinai Hospital Toronto, ON. Monday May 21, 2018.
Beloved son of Evadney Walton and Errol Elrick Fraser Sr. Loving Husband of Keisha Staceyann Williams- Fraser. Devoted Father to Kayla and Khloe. Dear Brother to Tafari, Natasha, Simone,Tarique and Taurell.
Errol was full of love. He had exceptional love for family and friends, avid ball player, passionate sports fan, always spoke of his unconditional love for The Buffalo Bills. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and coaching his daughter's soccer team.
He will be greatly missed by his loving Family, His Brotherhood and Friends.
For all who knew him, this is such a great loss. We Love You.
