The Recreation and Athletic Centre (RAC)

The Recreation and Athletic Centre (RAC) serves as the central hub for all things wellness, recreation and sport at Toronto Metropolitan University. 

The facility includes:
• Fitness Centre with free and machine weights
• Cardio Room
• A three-lane, 160-yard banked indoor running track
• Three sprung hardwood floor dance studios
• Squash courts
• Two hardwood floor gymnasiums
• A 25-yard pool
