Bly joins the Rams for the 2018-19 season.

Bly is an experienced coach and talent evaluator. For a decade and a half, Bly coached Leaside Baseball AAA teams and won a Midget provincial championship.

Bly also spent six years as the Assistant Canadian Supervisor for the MLB Scouting Bureau. He has international baseball experience as well, serving as an instructor in the International Baseball Federation, World Baseball Fair, organized by Hank Aaron and Sadaharu Oh.

Currently, Bly coaches the Muskoka Hornets 18U team. His wealth of knowledge will be extremely valubale for the Ryerson baseball program.
